Autonomous transportable ready-mixed concrete production unit with a capacity of 35m 3 per hour.

Consists of

  • Aggregate warehouses of three compartments, with a total capacity of 27m 3, together with an aggregate weighing scale with a capacity of 2300kg
  • Inclined conveyor belt 800mm wide with a special profile for the quick transfer of aggregates to the mixer.
  • Cement weighing machine with tamper Φ220
  • Conveyor screw Φ220 for feeding the cement
  • Violent mixing mixer, pan type, with a production capacity of 1m3 of ready-mixed concrete per work cycle or a theoretical output of 50m3/h.
  • 5.5HP air compressor and water pump with all piping required for operation
