The unit is manufactured starting from the storage of the raw materials in aggregate silos, from two to as many materials as required, it continues with their transport, the exact dosing of each material, their homogenization in the mixer and ends with the automatic bagging of the final product.

Aggregate storage silos with a capacity of 4m3 each (the capacity of the silos is adjusted to the required specifications). Made of 3mm thick sheet metal
One (1) shaft violent mixing mixer. The mixer is of heavy construction since its construction is made of 6mm thick sheet metal. It consists of a bucket and a stirring shaft with vanes arranged in a helical arrangement of opposite direction. The bucket, stirring shaft and paddles are made of stainless steel. The shaft is mounted on ball bearings. The reducer is of special construction, heavy-duty and designed so that they can be disassembled very easily and quickly, if this is required for maintenance purposes. The mixer is driven by a 20HP electric motor. The emptying is done by total emptying with a hatch along the entire length of the bottom moving automatically with two pneumatic pistons controlled by a five-way solenoid valve.
Mixer quick discharge silo of same capacity. Stainless steel construction and supports for the entire load with the mixer. Built-in stainless steel screw Φ 250 along its entire length with an additional 1m long section, complete with a 4.5HP power reducer.
Metering augers Each silo is a custom sized metering auger. The auger has an internal diameter of 200Φ and is driven by a 2HP gear reducer. The movement of the auger is automatically controlled by the weighing system.

Electrical / Electronic equipment
The construction of the panels complies with the international standard regulations IEC 439.1. The marking of all cables according to the detailed plans of the automation, allows easy access to any point of the panel for inspection or repair.
Power panel (input, control and distribution) of the installation, designed for the requirements of the application with thermomagnetic power switches for each consumption, metric instruments (ammeters, voltmeters), suitable relay devices for starting the motors with their means of protection.
Automation panel (control and operation) with buttons and function switches, indicator lights, metric instruments for handling and controlling the production of
mortars.
Weighing System that includes dosometric weight indicators, load cells, industrial terminals and programmable control units (PLC)
Function Description
The application works manually and automatically
Manual operation allows raw materials to be weighed. The operator controls the weighing of the materials manually.
In automatic mode, the system accepts the loading command as input, after entering the requested recipe. Automatically doses to feed the mixer. During dosing, it precisely controls the quantities of materials in the mixture. Logging data can be printed at the end of the dosing. Warning signals – sound or light – regarding correct dosing can be produced in the event of an error.

Bagging Valve Weighing Unit
Unit for bagging valve-type bags with a performance of 100 bags per hour with a bag capacity of up to 25Kg. A suitable output conveyor belt is attached to the outlet.
Conveyor belt
The total useful width of the conveyor belt is 30cm and length 300cm. The belt is anti-slip from polyester materials of two linens 2.5mm thick and with side guides 30cm high. The frame of the belt is stable and has metal supports for micro-adjustments of height by ±3cm. It is supported by a 120X60mm hollow beam. The movement is made with a three-phase electric reducer, power 0.5HP.
