Two shaft violent mixing mixer

The mixer is of heavy construction from 8mm and 15mm thick sheet metal. It has two horizontal interlocking shafts made of improved CK-45 material. The mixing arms are cast from GS-60 material, with easy installation and replacement.

The paddles, made of cast iron and coated with a special chrome-nickel alloy, are very resistant to corrosion. Internally the mixer is lined with 15 mm thick ST-70 anti-friction steel plates. Easy replacement of worn-out liners. Gear units of special construction, heavy-duty and designed to be easily and quickly disassembled for maintenance or repair purposes

Unloading is done quickly through a longitudinal hatch operated by two (2) pneumatic pistons. For the smooth unloading of concrete into the barrel, the door opens gradually with adjustable intermediate positions determined by 3 inductive switches.

The top cover (lid) completely seals the mixer chamber. On both sides of the cover there are 2 doors (4 in total) for washing and easy access to the interior. Limit switches control the operational safety with ready standbys for connecting the aggregate pre-storage and the cement scale. Uniform water flow throughout the mixer chamber and directly over the shafts without the need for a pump.

Aggregate warehouses

Multi-compartment warehouses with a capacity of 60m3 to 150m3 are offered for the storage and dosing of inert materials. Each compartment has an unloading port controlled by a suitable air cylinder with the corresponding valve. Aggregate dosing is done on the aggregate scale (weighing tape). The warehouse and the aggregate weighing scale are made of 4mm sheet metal suitably reinforced. A vibrator on the scale and a vibrator in each compartment of the sand are provided.

Automation Panel-Software

The Concrete Production and Handling system undertakes the automatic dosing of up to 250 conrcete recipes. It controls the production of concrete in the required quantities (in cubic meters) for which it determines a number of equal dosages in the event that the required quantity exceeds the capabilities of the mixer (if any). During dosing, it precisely controls the amounts of aggregates and cement in the mix and the corresponding amount of water and optional admixtures. It also provides the possibility of prints with automatic insertion of date and time of production.

The software (computer program) proposed has been developed in a Windows environment.

More specifically, it supports the processes:

  • Import unlimited recipes
  • Gain weight readings from the weighing system
  • Database record entry, for each transaction
  • Presentation and/or printing of census statements and statistical reports.

Weighing And Dosing Systems (Admixtures – Water Meters – Moisture Meters)

Impurities: Durable construction since all parts of the balance that come into contact with chemicals are plastic, so they are not corroded by these materials. The weighing bucket is made of plexiglass, with a capacity of 10 Lt

Moisture meters: The sensor is ideal for measuring the moisture of sand and all inert materials in general, with incredible capabilities and unique measurement accuracy (0.2%) thanks to microwave technology.

Electronic Water Meters: The fan 402 series of water meters is the reliable solution in any industrial application of measuring and recording quantity or water supply

Dedusting Filters

The system controls the cement loading process, so that the gaseous and solid waste (cement dust) generated is retained by the dedusting filters and recycled during the ready-mix concrete production process.
The process is controlled by the level instruments in the storage silos and the programmable control unit with the system operation monitoring program.
