Coolertank weighing

For the precise control of the amount of milk contained in the cooler tank, the Intraweigh Automation company has the SL1800Ν-SS weighing system.

The system includes:

  • 4 or 6 Stainless Steel Power Cells
  • Special Stainless System for adjusting the load cells
  • Weight indicator.
  • Junction box JB4LC

The usability of the system is due to the ability of the power cells to be placed under the corresponding support points (legs) that support the coolertank, so that in the event of changing the coolertank, there is the possibility of repositioning. The placement of the load cells also includes the special adjustment and stabilization systems. With these special systems, the silo rests firmly on the load cells, ensuring the vertical transmission of forces.
