Research – Design – Construction – Installation
The main quadrilateral on which Intraweigh Automation Engineering’s activity is based. Giving special emphasis to each of the above sectors but at the same time to all of them together we develop new products, customized applications, but also complete production lines (turn key solutions). Seeking to differentiate from the norm of the time that calls for the adaptation of the client’s requirements to the already existing solutions, we choose the most difficult path by proposing solutions adapted to the needs and peculiarities of each client.
Research
The detailed analysis and in-depth understanding of the particular requirements of each different application form the basis for the correct development of the proposed solution. The purpose of the company’s engineers is to identify the key points and possible specificities concerning the product itself, the way it is processed, the operating conditions by combining the production requirements with the processing costs and reaching the correct storage and promotion of the final product.
Design
With the use of modern design programs (Autocad, Solidworks) we have the ability to design in three-dimensional form and in every detail all the proposed solutions, placing them in real dimensions in the operating space. In this way, both the selection of the best solution and the avoidance of manufacturing or structural errors are achieved.
Construction
The use of the most suitable quality raw materials, the faithful implementation of the design in combination with the help of the appropriate technological equipment and modern manufacturing methods ensure the quality of the manufacturing of the equipment.
Installation
Much of the successful completion of a project is hidden in the correct final installation of the equipment. Specialized crews with experience in the respective facilities undertake the final installation of the equipment, the commissioning as well as the final tests for the completion of the project.
